100% Score On Three Surveys…
During the past few weeks, three of our cottages have had visits from the Department of Aging and Disability Services (DADS).
Cottages 2 and 3 in The Woodlands, as well as our cottage in Kingwood, underwent a 2-hour inspection process by this agency, who assessed the homes, food, medications, and, most importantly, our residents to ensure that they are being properly cared for.
The inspections are spontaneous and unannounced; we do not have advanced notice as to when these visits will occur. Since we pride ourselves on our quality care and want only the best for our guests, we welcome these visits to receive feedback about how we are doing and if we can improve our guests’ experiences in our cottages.
We are proud to announce that all three cottages received a score of 100%, with no recommendations or violations! We are so pleased that we have the opportunity to serve our guests and that our cottages were given top scores by DADS. We work hard to provide top-quality care, and it is wonderful to know that the hard work put in by our caregivers and staff has paid off!
There are many options to choose from when looking for an assisted living facility; we know that Unlimited Care Cottages is not “the only game in town.” However, we also know through these state inspections and from the feedback we receive from our guests and their families that we are providing the highest level of comfort and care, and we are very proud that we are able to serve the Greatest Generation to a standard that is above the rest.
