Seniors need to be remembered on holidays and Valentine’s Day is no exception. In our cottages, families and friends often bring simple little handcrafted Valentine Cards for our residents. Some of our volunteers have even joined together in groups to make some cards too. Some residents who are less active might enjoy a small stuffed animal, a favorite mixed CD of music, current photo album of family, or just a “sweet treat” from home. It’s the thought that counts and believe me…they love that we think of them on this “SWEET DAY”
