Our Kingwood Cottage is located 30 minutes from downtown Houston and offers a comfortable alternative to senior housing in the area. With an open floor plan, the cottage features a media room and a swimming pool for residents to enjoy year-round.
Widespread Damage from the May 2019 Flood
In May 2019, our Kingwood Cottage in the Forest Cove subdivision suffered from unprecedented flooding. Along with 400 other homes in the Houston area, our facility was completely devasted from nearly ten inches of rain. Thus began a remodeling process, as can be seen from these before photos:
Now Scheduling Tours and Accepting Deposits
Even though the recovery has been long, our grand reopening is scheduled for the end of January 2020! Right now, we’re actually already in the process of moving in! With updated paint colors, stylish flooring, and new furniture, we are excited about the future of our Kingwood Cottage! Check out some of our improvements:
